By creating an account or using Inseeva, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inseeva.

Inseeva is an AI-powered market research platform that generates synthetic personas to provide feedback on product ideas. Our services include:

  • AI-generated synthetic persona creation
  • Survey creation and distribution to synthetic personas
  • Analysis and visualization of survey responses
  • Interactive chat with individual personas
  • Export of research data

3. Account Registration

To use Inseeva, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Inseeva to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Create personas for illegal purposes or to deceive real people
  • Misrepresent synthetic persona responses as real human data

5. Synthetic Personas & AI Limitations

Important: Synthetic personas are AI-generated simulations, not real people. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Responses are generated by AI and may not perfectly reflect real human behavior
  • Results should be used for hypothesis generation and early validation, not as definitive proof
  • For high-stakes decisions, we recommend validating findings with real customer research
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated responses
  • You should not represent synthetic persona data as real human survey data to third parties

6. Pricing & Payment

Inseeva offers both free and paid tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay the fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion and generally not available for completed surveys.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Inseeva, its logo, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (product descriptions, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

Survey Results

You own the survey results and persona responses generated for your account. You may use, export, and share this data as you see fit, subject to the limitations on misrepresentation described above.

8. Privacy

Your use of Inseeva is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

INSEEVA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will be accurate or reliable
  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSEEVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inseeva harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inseeva operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
